Sarah Davies

Deborah Christian-Noonan Board Member

I’m privileged to be on the board of directions for Challenging Behaviour Support. Ever since I heard about the exciting project and development of CBS I was thrilled. I have worked with children and parents/carers for over 20 years and some of the children having very challenging needs and behaviours.

I have seen support for the children and their needs in a far greater way over the years, but the parent or carer often take a back seat or get forgotten about. So to be able to see this recognised and the organisation thriving is just fantastic. I love popping into the office as there is always such a warm welcoming atmosphere from all the staff who treat everyone with such kindness and respect.
