A programme delivering an evidence-based understanding of sleep. Providing tools and information to support your child, as well as practical help as you navigate the sleep journey.

Sessions consist of group discussions/exercises, small group/pair exercises and utilise a variety of support materials such as information sheets, slide presentations, videos and practical activities.

As well as a personalised strategy and ongoing Sleep Practitioner support for families to successfully carry out the programme.

We offer a 3-week programme in a group setting of up to 8 participants.  Followed by a further 4 1 to 1 sessions to discuss progress and approaches.

Sleep, the following topics are covered:

  • The science behind sleep
  • Sleep issues and where they come from
  • Sleep hygiene
  • The behavioural approach to tackling sleep issues
  • Assessment of the sleep issues; Sleep Diary completion
  • A Sleep programme; highlighting changes that could improve the sleep issues (individual to the child).

All programme sessions will be delivered by fully trained Sleep Practitioners.
